ADHD Coaching
For individuals who are late diagnosed, self diagnosed, or exploring their understanding of themselves.
Do these sentences sound like you? Then please know — I have been there! Being diagnosed later in life at 35 finally helped me to understand me. Understanding your ADHD can be empowering and chaos calming!
I support neurodivergent individuals — whether diagnosed, self diagnosed, or exploring — who feel overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we break down big goals into manageable steps and create neuro-friendly strategies, tailored to your strengths, that work with your brain, not against it. Helping you build confidence, clarity and a more compassionate mindset.

Hiya, I'm Lara Austin, a dual qualified coach specialising in neurodiversity.
I was diagnosed with combined ADHD at 35 — a moment that I thought would bring clarity to years of not understanding myself. Instead, it became the beginning of a new journey. Like many late-diagnosed adults, I had spent much of my life pushing through, compensating, and wondering why things that seemed "simple" for others felt so hard. I often describe it like being a swan — on the surface everything looks calm and in control, but underneath there's constant effort just to stay afloat.
I understand what it's like to need work to feel interesting in order to focus. To hyperfocus so deeply you forget to eat or move. To notice patterns others miss — but also to lose something important within seconds.
Alongside my lived experience, I bring over eight years of professional experience as a project manager, which shapes how I support my clients. My career has been breaking down tasks into plannable steps and working with people to coach them to think of the bigger picture. There's no pressure here to "fix" yourself or force yourself into systems that were never designed for you. Instead, we focus on understanding how your brain works, breaking overwhelming tasks into manageable steps, and building strategies that play to your strengths.
Together, we create simple, realistic building blocks that help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust — without burnout or self-judgement.
Whether you're diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply exploring, I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
Sessions are supportive, practical, and built around you — not a one-size-fits-all formula.
